How will I receive my order?

Your order will be delivered by our affiliate courier, J&T Express.

When will I receive my order?

METRO MANILA: 3 - 5 working days
PROVINCIAL AREAS: 7 - 12 working days

Please note that all delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. They are subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances, including courier processing backlogs, high volume periods (such as holidays), and extreme weather conditions.

What are your shipping costs?

Shipping is FREE for orders ABOVE Php 4,000 within the serviceable area.
For orders BELOW Php 4,000, a standard shipping fee of Php 200 will be automatically added to your order at checkout.

In case the shipping address is unserviceable by J&T Express, an additional fee of Php 200 will be charged.

Can I ship my order to an international location?

Pandora Philippines can only ship and deliver nationwide. Overseas customers who wish to place an order should have a Philippine address.
