ORDERING

Shop Pandora online by following the instructions below:

• Visit http://pandora.lucerneluxe.com/ and browse through the wide selection of bracelets, charms, rings, earrings, necklaces and pendants, and gift sets available.
• Click the item you would like to view to read the product information.
• To purchase, specify the quantity and click the “Add to cart” button.
• For items with sizes, select your size from the drop down menu before adding the item to your cart.
• Click on your cart to view the items you want to purchase and specify if this will be given as a gift or if you have any special instructions.
• Finalize your orders and review the total amount before checking out. To proceed with your order, click on the “Check Out” button.
• Fill out the details necessary as this will be the reference for item delivery. Proceed to payment.
• Please wait for a confirmation email and expect delivery of your items. Please check the Shipping FAQ to know more.

METRO MANILA: 3 - 5 Working Days

OUTSIDE METRO MANILA: 7 - 12 Working Days

 

SHIPPING FEE

DELIVERY IS FREE FOR ORDERS ABOVE PHP 4,000*

For orders below the minimum amount of Php 4,000.00, a standard delivery fee of Php 200 will be charged upon check-out.

In the event that your shipping address is unserviceable by any of our logistics partners, there will be an additional standard delivery fee of Php 200.

 

 *Free delivery applies to orders with a minimum purchase of Php 4,000 and shipping address must be within the serviceable area of our logistics partners.

 

REGULAR PACKAGING

Each Pandora item includes 1 Box, Sales Invoice, and Warranty Certificate.

If you prefer the regular packaging as a gift, kindly indicate as a "GIFT" on the special instructions to include the gift receipt instead.
