Exchange Policy
Products purchased from Pandora Philippines official e-store or physical shops may be exchanged within 14 days of receipt, provided that either or both of the following are presented:
- Sales Invoice
- Warranty Certificate
Products must be in good, saleable condition and include original packaging.
Exchange Coverage
- Change of size
- Replacement of items with proven manufacturing defects (otherwise, exchanges are subject to management approval).
Each product is eligible for one-time exchange only.
- For in-store purchases, exchanges must be made at the same shop.
- For online purchases via pandora.lucerneluxe.com, exchanges may be made at any physical Pandora store in the Philippines.
Items Not Accepted for Return or Exchange
- Earrings
- Sale or discounted items
- Promotional items
Pandora jewellery purchased outside the Philippines may only be exchanged for size adjustments and will follow the terms and conditions of Pandora Philippines.
Pandora reserves the right to determine the applicable exchange value in accordance with its warranty and exchange terms. Any price difference arising from the exchange or replacement process shall not be eligible for cash refund.
All exchange requests are subject to inspection, verification, and approval by authorized personnel and must comply with Pandora’s standard return, exchange, and warranty guidelines.
