WARRANTY POLICY
This warranty applies only to products purchased through authorized PANDORA distribution channels in the Philippines.
All Pandora products have a standard warranty of one (1) year from the date of purchase.
Products with proven manufacturing defects as per assessment may be exchanged within the warranty period.
Product damages caused by customer mishandling, misuse, or natural wear and tear are not covered by warranty but may be repaired for a fee in Pandora Care.

Products bought from Pandora Philippines official e-store and physical shops may be exchanged within 14 days of receipt, provided that both or either of the following are presented:
- Sales Invoice
- Warranty Certificate
Product should be in good saleable condition and with its original packaging.
Product exchange covers:
- Change of size and
- Replacement if item/s has a proven manufacturing defect. Otherwise, are subject to management approval.
Product exchange will only be accommodated ONCE.
- Exchanges for purchases made in-store must be done at the same shop.
- Exchanges for Pandora.Lucerneluxe.com purchases can be done at any physical shop.
Please take note that the following items are NOT accepted for return or exchange:
- Earrings
- Sale or Discounted Items
- Promotional Items
Pandora jewellery items purchased internationally are permitted for size exchanges only and will be subject to the terms and conditions of Pandora Philippines.
