WARRANTY POLICY
This warranty applies to products purchased through authorized PANDORA stores and official sale channels in the Philippines, including the PANDORA Philippines website and Zalora Philippines.
All PANDORA products come with a standard one (1) year warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.
Products confirmed to have manufacturing defects through assessment by authorized personnel may be eligible for exchange within the applicable warranty period.
The following are not covered under this warranty:
- Damage caused by mishandling, misuse, improper care, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
- Lost items or missing components.
- Tarnishing, scratches, dents, or other cosmetic wear resulting from regular use
Non-warranty damages may still be serviced through Pandora Care, subject to applicable repair fees and service assessment.

Exchange values for approved manufacturing defect claims shall be applied as follows:
- If the item was originally purchased at regular price and is already on sale or markdown at the time of exchange, the current sale price shall apply.
- If the item was originally purchased at regular price and remains at regular price at the time of exchange, the original purchase price shall apply.
- If the item was originally purchased during the Black Friday Sale or other limited-time promotional campaigns and is on sale or markdown at the time of exchange, the current sale price shall apply.
- If the item was originally purchased under a promotional campaign and is already back to regular price at the time of exchange, the original promotional purchase price shall apply.
Pandora reserves the right to determine the applicable exchange value in accordance with the terms above. Any price difference arising from the exchange or replacement process shall not be eligible for cash refund.
This warranty policy does not cover lost or stolen items.
Products purchased from the official Pandora Philippines website and stores may be exchanged within 14 days of receipt, provided one or both of the following are presented:
- Sales Invoice
- Warranty Certificate
Products must be in good, saleable condition and include original packaging.
Product exchanges cover:
- Change of size
- Replacement of items with proven manufacturing defects (otherwise, exchanges are subject to management approval).
Product exchange will only be accommodated ONCE.
- Exchanges for in-store purchases must be made at the same shop.
- Exchanges for Pandora.Lucerneluxe.com purchases may be made at any official PANDORA store in the Philippines.
Please note that the following items are NOT accepted for return or exchange:
- Earrings
- Sale or Discounted Items
- Promotional Items
Pandora jewellery items purchased outside the Philippines are eligible for size exchanges only and are subject to the terms and conditions of PANDORA Philippines.
All exchange requests are subject to inspection, verification, and approval by authorized personnel and must comply with Pandora’s standard return, exchange, and warranty guidelines.

All engraved products are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate personalization details. Pandora is not liable for any errors, including spelling, grammar, or formatting, submitted by the customer.

Customers must review and confirm all engraving details before the engraving process. No changes can be made after confirmation.
- Pandora reserves the right to refuse any engraving requests that, in its sole discretion, contain profanities, offensive or inappropriate content, or material that may infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
