Tracking and Delivery
TRACK YOUR ORDER
All confirmed orders will be sent an email notification regarding the details of the order. This is to show that orders are being processed at this time, and may not have a tracking reference yet.
Another email notification will be sent once the order is fulfilled and ready for delivery. A tracking number will be provided in this email. To track thee delivery, click on the link to be directed to the tracking site of the courier service provider.
For orders assigned to Lalamove for delivery, the delivery email notification will include the unique tracking reference link. To view the status of the parcel for delivery, click on the link provided.
*NOTE: The emails may be flagged as spam in your inbox, please find them in the SPAM folder. Otherwise, you may reach us to confirm your order placement through our customer service (FB messenger, email, or text message).

Due to the peak holiday season, delivery may take longer than usual. Please see below for more info:
METRO MANILA: 5 - 7 Working Days
OUTSIDE METRO MANILA: 12 - 15 Working Days
DELIVERY IS FREE FOR ORDERS ABOVE PHP 2,000*
For orders below the minimum amount of Php 2,000.00, a standard delivery fee of Php 200 will be charged upon check-out.
In the event that your shipping address is unserviceable by any of our logistics partners, there will be an additional standard delivery fee of Php 200.
